Fiona came 5th in her age group and knocked 36 minutes off her Noosa time! What an effort... and to top it all off, Fiona had gas left in the tank due to her treating this as more of a training run.
This was all just 1 week after competing in a Triathlon on the Gold Coast.
Her ultimate event that she is preparing for is the Iron Man event in Cairns July 2013.
