Half the reason you're tired is because you don't exercise!
If you're that fatigued from your exercise 2 days ago, then that is why you should be puting %100 percent into it today, because your mental attitude is not going to change the next day or any other day!
Age has nothing to do with it! You have more reason to exercise regularly as you get older to help prevent the natural age related obstacles that can be put in your way... Metabolism slowing down, Arthritis, Osteoperosis... the list goes on.
Excuses don't make you feel any better! In fact, excuses make you feel worse and then you'll drop into that huge pit of self anguish because every day you make an excuse, the next day you wake up realising that you could very well have completed an exercise program the day before!
I know my mental motivation is always going to be bigger and better most peoples but that doesn't mean it's easier for people like us. We also get tired, we also have very busy schedules, we also get fatigued from previous training sessions...
The only difference between us and those who use those excuses is...
We just do it!!
I struggle every day with people s excuses for why they don't exercise. I have a lady who just recently went through a bout of Cancer where she underwent 2 operations, Radiation and the mental anguish that goes along with all of that. This lady is heading into her 60th birthday this year. She couldn't wait to get back to training, and let me tell you, she gives 100% in every session.
So in my opinion, the morale to that story is, get in and... JUST DO IT!
Stop the Excuses and you'll feel better for it....
